Gina Honold leads business development and client advocacy at Search Quest. When you become a client, she’s your direct line—not an account manager, not a coordinator, but one of the three owners who built this company. When you call with a question, she picks up. When something needs an answer, she gets it.

Gina spent ten years as operations manager for a third-generation family dental practice in Michigan. She handled payroll, staff, scheduling, patient experience, and eventually all of the marketing. When the practice wanted to expand its dental implant services, she developed a campaign—billboards, video, local events, and SEO—that made it the go-to provider across the region.

In 2015, she moved into agency work at Pickaxe Creative, helping local businesses, hospitals, and schools get found online. She managed $500k in accounts and grew the client base by 60%.

A year later, she co-founded Sprout Agency with two partners, building a digital marketing firm serving personal injury law firms in New York City. Over six years, Sprout grew from one client at $60k in annual revenue to over $1M in annual revenue. Gina led client strategy and business development. In six years, they never lost a single client. That kind of retention comes from treating someone else’s business as if it were yours.

That’s how Gina operates—whether it’s a client’s business or her own. She founded Coastal Key Rentals, a successful property management company in Palm Coast serving long-term tenants.

At Search Quest, Gina runs client advocacy and handles new business development. She’s the direct contact for owners who want real answers from someone who actually knows their account.
