About Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia is a web engineer and systems architect who specializes in building high-performance platforms designed for growth, visibility, and long-term stability. His work focuses on creating digital environments that load fast, scale reliably, and convert attention into measurable business results. He co-founded Search Quest with Gary Honold to bring that same approach to service businesses in Florida.

Carlos began his career as a web developer in 2015 in San Francisco, working remotely as the city was rapidly shaping the future of the global tech industry. That early exposure to high-level engineering standards and distributed team environments formed the foundation of his approach: thoughtful systems, clean execution, and technology that works quietly and consistently behind the scenes.

In 2016, Carlos joined Gary’s team as lead developer. That partnership continued through Sprout Agency, the NYC legal marketing firm Gary co-founded, where they dominated one of the most competitive legal markets in the country. When Gary joined a national legal marketing agency, Carlos came with him—eventually leading the web development team while Gary rose to President.

Together, they turned around every website in the portfolio. Carlos established development standards, designed scalable frameworks, and built monitoring systems that caught downtime, protected lead flow, and stopped problems before clients ever saw them. His work helped shift the agency from simple website production to a fully engineered growth platform capable of competing nationally.

That same approach now powers every Search Quest client site: modular systems that close gaps before they appear, branding that stays synchronized across all sites, and an architecture built for visibility and long-term performance.

Carlos is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.

    Gary started building websites in 1996 and moved into search as the industry emerged. He's led strategy for national law firms, hospitals, universities, and local service businesses. Every Search Quest client gets his personal cell—the same number for 30 years—and direct access to the person leading their strategy.
