  • Chief Strategist & Founder

    Gary started building websites in 1996 and moved into search as the industry emerged. He’s led strategy for national law firms, hospitals, universities, and local service businesses. Every Search Quest client gets his personal cell—the same number for 30 years—and direct access to the person leading their strategy.

  • Business Development + Client Advocacy

    Gina handles business development and client relationships—she’s your direct line when you have questions. She spent ten years running operations for a small business before co-founding a digital marketing agency that never lost a client in six years. She knows what’s at stake because she’s been on your side of the table.

  • Web Engineer & Co-Founder

    Carlos has spent over a decade building websites that actually perform—fast load times, clean code. He’s a full-stack engineer who’s led development teams at large agencies and built frameworks that scale across thousands of sites.

What It's Like to Work With Us

You won't find a "client success manager" on our payroll. We cut that layer because it adds cost, not value. Most agencies use account managers to keep clients away from the people doing the work. We do the opposite—you plug directly into the people leading your project.
